Always wanted to try floor hockey, but aren't sure where to start?
Whether you're an armchair enthusiast or don't know a slap shot from a snapback - this is the IDEAL LEAGUE for anyone wanting to learn and play the sport in fun and welcoming environment, with others at your same skill level!
Beginner-friendly and judgement-free, our 7-week Rookies Only Floor Hockey program will give you:
- 87weeks of play with our awesome instructors, who are only serious about one thing: fun!
- Simple drills to help you build confidence, get familiar with the game, and feel comfortable on the floor in a rec league environment
- Coached gameplay experience, added progressively, to enhance your skills, strategy and positioning
- A friendly and welcoming social environment with no pressure, no body checks, and good vibes only
- All the glory of grade school gym class, without the puberty and panic
- Trash talk is NOT included - but smiles and high fives certainly are!
- All skill levels welcome - especially the nervous or rusty!
Sessions may take place at any of the times or locations listed, and will stay consistent each week.
